Setacolor Transparent Fabric Paint

26 transparent fabric paints for light fabrics, including fluorescent colors. Can be used on all fabrics (without finish), fine or course: cotton, wool, velvet, non-woven, and even leather. Ready to use, intense and concentrated, they are used pure or diluted with water to produce water color effects.  Pebeo Setacolor paint does not stiffen your fabric.  Heat set by either ironing or placing in dryer for 25 minutes.  Machine washable, colorfast and dry cleanable.  Transparent paint is also used for heliographic (sun printing) imaging.
