While virtually any fabric can be used for painting or dyeing, the best results are achieved by using the proper materials from the start. Prepared for Dyeing fabric (PFD, also known as Prepared for Painting or Prepared for Printing) fabric  contains no finish or sizing and provides the ideal canvas for your artistic endeavors.  We offer a large assortment of PFD fabrics including cottons, linens, broadcloth, silk, and habotai. These products are sold by quanity, weight, and width. If fabric painting or dyeing is your game, you're going to need PFD!
