A spectacular product to create patterns in relief. For bright colors, simply apply the puff paint with a paintbrush, let dry, then apply Setacolor paint as desired. For pastel colors, mix the puff paint Setacolor, then apply to the fabric, and let dry. Expand by using a heat gun or a hair dryer. |
