When can I expect my order to be shipped?
Orders are processed immediately. We package and ship your order as quickly as possible, normally within one to three business days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified within 24 hours. Under most circumstances, we will split ship an order if there is more than a four day (weekday) delay in receiving an out of stock item back into stock. Additional shipping charges are not assessed for split shipments due to out of stock items.
What is standard delivery time once an order is shipped?
Overnight shipping is available, as is two day. These are premium services and cost more than standard shipping.
Most orders are shipped via Priority Mail or via First Class Mail from
International Shipments - All duty, tax, surcharges and miscellaneous charges assessed by the shipper, government or other authorities are the full responsibility of the buyer. If you are uncertain of these charges, please contact your local government regarding duty/tax, etc.
