Returns:
Please contact us before returning any products. Returns must be made within 10 days of receipt of order. You must have a return authorization number in order to receive a refund or replacement. Any items returned must be unopened, clean, not damaged, etc. We will not issue a credit if you do not have an authorization number. You are responsible for all shipping charges and the restocking fee.
Fabrics may be returned within 10 days of receipt of order. The fabrics cannot be cut, soiled (animal hair, smoke, food, etc.). Please call 830.832.9823 or e-mail Fabrics To Dye For for information on returning merchandise. Orders may not be returned without a confirmation first from Fabrics To Dye For. We cannot be responsible for postage on returned items, OR ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Returns should be sent insured, or with some way to track the actual shipment.
All books, dyes, paints, auxiliaries, videos, software, clearance and sale items are final sale.
Please note if Fabrics To Dye For is charged a chargeback fee (credit card dispute) for items shipped, you will be charged $25.00. If there is a mistake made by Fabrics To Dye For, you will not be responsible for this fee.
Restocking fee: 25% (minimum $5.00)
